Greetings from THE Loudoun County High School, home of the Captains!
Behind the storied columns of our historic facade, another dynamic school year is about to begin. With it, we prepare for three, action-packed athletic seasons! Can we count on your support?
The Loudoun County High School Athletic Booster Club (LCHSABC) is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to supporting the over 750 Captains student-athletes, along with their 77 coaches and the Loudoun County High School Athletic Department.
Fundraising makes it possible for us to provide uniforms and equipment, fund coaches’ training and senior scholarships, and assist with large athletic purchases and renovations. SPONSORSHIP is one of our main sources of fundraising and helps to cover some of our annual athletic expenses:

$40,000 – Uniform Replacement
$15,000 – Safety Equipment
$12,000 – Practice & Game Balls
$11,500 – Invitation Entry Fees
$4,000 – Vidswap (Recording of Games) & Neptune Radio (Game Music)
$3,000 – Graduating Senior Booster Scholarships
$3,000 – Varsity Chenille Letters, Pin, Plaques & Certificates
$2,000 – Senior Night Coins & Athlete of the Month T-shirts
Major improvements in 2023-2024, included an enlarged logo and end zone lettering on the turf for $28,000 and locking mobile storage inside the building for uniforms and equipment for $89,000.

Sponsors may opt in/out of sponsorship at any time. Sponsors must provide high-resolution .jpg graphics for desired banner logo/artwork; confirm ownership of all rights to artwork/language submitted. LCHSABC does not provide graphic arts services to create the ad.
All sponsorships require payment, which can include free or in-kind products/services. In-kind donations may be resold at LCHSABC discretion. Sponsorships are independent of vendor agreements- no sponsor is guaranteed to become a vendor; no vendor is obligated to become a sponsor. LCHSABC is a non-profit entity. Sponsorship funds benefit Captains Athletics, students & facilities. Sponsorship should be considered in the spirit of supporting Loudoun County HS and the Captains Athletics programs.
Sponsorships can be paid online with the following fees:
- Credit card - 3% + $.30 service fee
- eCheck - 1.50%
Alternatively, a check can be made out to LCHSABC and mailed directly to: LCHABC, 415 Dry Mill Road, Leesburg VA 20175. Please include your order number.
